We currently only offer local shipping within South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At 'Sprout Helping Kids Grow'!, we want you and your little gardeners to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, or if the product arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
